HB Journal for Nov 6, 1939

From Brackbillwiki

Just the idea of its being cold makes it hard to get up. Even if the house is slightly pretty warm, I can't get into the swing of things.

Everything was as usual at the mill today. Dick took flour for a change. We got done a little earlier than usual, too.

After a scrappy supper and scrappy preparation, we went to Lititz with Romaine & Harry. It was a County C.E. Social at the Moravian Church and there were over 225 there. We had a very swell time and all enjoyed it to the finish.

It's cold tonight & I'm sleepy.
