HB Journal for Mar 4, 1940

From Brackbillwiki

When I got awake it was still raining (whatever kind that is). It added up to a blue Monday.

At the mill we had very few feed orders. Clyde Feister was there being broken in again. Groffie & I cleaned up blow, shot rats, and did some general repair work.

Jane didn't wash. The rain ceased or slowed down in the A.M.

After a fine supper, the bunch grouped up and went to Lancaster to County Chorus practice. After we came home I caught up a little book work & letter writing & bill paying.
