We didn't feel like getting up this morning but nevertheless we got up. I walked down to Groffie's & rode with him to work. I forgot to eat my egg for breakfast and got very hungry till noon.

We were not extra busy and I spent all of my time just working around the mill, running wheat around, cleaning up, etc.

After a fine supper, we hurried and got ready to go to Lancaster to Chorus practice. The boys were to go with us and they didn't come & our car wouldn't start so we stayed home, Jane provoked.
