This morning about 3 A.M. we were both awakened by the rain blowing against our window pane. It made a pretty racket. Jane came down and set two tubs to catch what might leak through the ceiling above the bay windows.

I went to work as usual and waited on trade in the mud.

After dinner I went to the dentist and had 5 cavities filled. I drove a new Buick Roadmaster while in New Holland. When I came back I went to the store & down home & played ping pong.

Fiddled around till supper. After supper, when we were ready to go, Eunice & Val dropped in and we took them along to Mountville to the C.E. Spring Rally.
