I got up this morning all right. After breakfast & minor details, I went to S.S. with Harry & the rest. It was cloudy and a little bit rainy.

It was our good fortune to have as guests for dinner Jane & Mary Jane, also Eunice & Val. After a lingering dinner, we practiced cantata and the like. We killed time with Chinese Checkers and question writing.

After supper we hurried off to C.E. & Church. It was a rainy night and a very few were out. Choir practice afterward didn't go so especially well.

The family had just gone to bed when we got home and left us a cozy evening in which to sleep.
