The Arthur S. Young Company was a farm equipment company founded by Arthur S. Young. Founded in 1916, the business originally focused on steam equipment.

E. Herman Brackbill went to work at the Arthur S. Young Company in the employ of his father in law and alongside his wife Jane in 1940 after leaving Hess's Mill.
