As Monday mornings always are, for no good reason at all, this one was a "hate to get up in the morning" one.

A little hurrying & moving and eating set my blood circulating again and I was in fine shape for the day.

We had a very busy time - bagging wheat, mixing feed and making out Social Security papers. I was late coming home for supper.

After supper Jane did the ironing while I washed the dishes - Nancy & Mother came up and we sat on the porch & talked & visited till bedtime. Then Jane started to read & I started to write.
