The week so far has been pretty tough on me, or for me. It has been hot and we have been busy, but worse than that, I cannot seem to sleep soundly on such hot nights.

It was sprinkling ever so little when we got up this morning. Jane drove me to Groffie's. It was cloudy most all day, and it ended up with a slight thundershower just when Jane & I were ready for a swim. We drove over Home after work for a swim and, of course, stayed for supper. We listened to the radio & gabbled & read "Life" till we very near fell asleep, then took one of those familiar trips to Kinzers.
