When I got awake, I couldn't tell what time it was for it was still nearly dark. By looking at my watch, I found it was about seven thirty.

We took the train to the fair and soon came into seeing distance of the tall Trylon and large round Perisphere, the theme center.

We saw some real wonders of man. We spent a good bit of the day in the transportation area. The General Motors exhibit was by far the best, although everything was letter perfect.

We got back to New York about ten oclock and after working up and eating, we all retired.
