I was plenty sleepy this morning. I must have shut off my alarm in my sleep for Mother called me about 6:20 and I hadn't been awake yet.

We were plenty busy at the mill today--the weather was warm as usual and it didn't seem like winter at all.

I had no supper at home but Morris & I went together to a feed dealer & employee meeting at the [[Gen. Sutter Hotel], Lititz. Dan Van Pelt spoke. After the meal & meeting we stopped at Melfetz and each had an oyster fry.
