To the tune of my always faithful alarm clock, I arose about 8 oclock this morning. After a fine breakfast we all went off to S.S. and Church. The Young Peoples Choir sang in church for it is "Young People's day."

After dinner, Jane and I went to Brown's to practice a quartet number for this evening. Jane came for supper.

After supper we went to a joint service at Pequea where we sang in a musical service.

It was cloudy and warm today. After dinner it started to rain and continued into the night.
