The house was chilly when we got up this morning. Someone said there had been a little frost this morning.

That (or this) is the real kind of weather - cold, snappy days, in which you can do a good day's work and scarcely get tired.

In the afternoon I got a couple nice long trips in the little truck.

After making the fire in the furnace again, we ate a hurried supper. We again went to the convention in Lancaster. Rev. T. Roland Phillips gave a wonderful address which a good crowd enjoyed.

Home--10:30.
