John was not at the mill when I arrived. But he was there after he came for everything was not as he thought it should have been - nothing serious.
We had a good many orders again as usual for Saturday. After dinner we should have been done but Dick & I put a new silk on the mill and so I didn't get home until four.
Jane and I went up to Mary & Willis's for supper & the evening - they wanted us to stay all night but we declined.
