This fine day of rest started out restfully with a couple of hours extra sleep or rest. We had to hurry a little to get to Sunday School but made it. I pinch hitted for the song leader. We had church at [[Old Leacock]].

Dinner was at [[Eunice Brackbill|Eunice]]'s. [[Willis Bucher|Willis]] & Mary & [[Darlene]] were there also. It was swell. [[Elsie]] & [[Ellis]] visited a few minutes. Then we all came down here for supper & to play tennis. Everything went grandly. (?)

They left about nine oclock and we prepared for bed. The day was extra cool almost chilly toward evening.

This fine day of rest started out restfully with a couple of hours extra sleep or rest. We had to hurry a little to get to Sunday School but made it. I pinch hitted for the song leader. We had church at Old Leacock.

Dinner was at Eunice's. Willis & Marg & Darlene were there also. It was swell. Elsie & Ellis visited a few minutes. Then we all came down here for supper & to play tennis. Everything went grandly. (?)
