Jane Elizabeth Young (Feb 25, 1919 - Oct 14, 1998) was the wife of E. Herman Brackbill and daughter of Arthur S. Young and Luetta M. Sheaffer, and mother of Evelyn Jane Brackbill, N. Marie Brackbill, and John Brackbill.
Jane attended Pequea High School and Lancaster Business College, and worked at the Arthur S. Young Company. She also served as the founding secretary of Rough and Tumble.
