Happy New Year! The first day of this new year begins on the best day of the week and so I started out the year in very proper manner. I went to S. School & Church. We took Communion.
I had dinner @ Young's and spent most of the afternoon there. We came home here for supper. Harold led C.E. and we had a fine church service. After church, Jane, Short & I went to Ethel's and played a couple of games of "Chinese Checkers." We got home early for we travelled together.
