Glitches Fixed
- All known updating bugs caused by moving boxes have been fixed
Improved Features
- Import / Export now a full part of the release. Publication of SPAM-proof XOXO/OPML feeds for your boxes was added and the ability to export only boxes with certain tags.
- Feed boxes now store the state of each item to show if it has been read or not. This can be turned off on the 'Edit Account' page.
- Feed boxes (and subscription boxes) can now be forced to refresh if the cache is slow in updating.
- If you give a feed box the URL to a website it will attempt to autodetect the feed URL
- Experimental, if you select 'Thumbnails' from the 'summary on new line' field the feed box will display the first image from the summary as the summary (for photoblogs)
New Features
- You can now view the full content of posts in a sidebar. This sidebar can also be used for previewing the contents of other box types.
- Subscription boxes -- allow you to subscribe to an XOXO or OPML feed of another's feeds/boxes. Also supports such feeds in RSS/ATOM format.
- There is now a 'public area' where you can view the complete list of all boxes on a particular BoxtheWeb mirror and their popularity.
- Custom CSS can be added to your BoxtheWeb page from the 'Edit Account' page.
- There are now some 'Page Controls' that allow you to filter box display by tag, or to show only unread boxes.

Glitches Fixed
- Large numbers of boxes caused the Advanced Management page to error out due to an enormous GET string. Advanced Management switched to POST. updateboxes.php now accepts both GET and POST
- The drag-and-drop boxes feature was updating incorrectly, this has been fixed
- Search boxes added slashes to the search queries, this has been fixed
- The delter sometimes deleted the wrong box after a drag-and-drop had been executed, this has been fixed
Improved Features
- Deleting a box is now an AJAX function not requiring a page refresh
- Saving the contents of NoteBoxes is now and AJAX function not requiring a page refresh
