Description
Using a bit of javascript and an additional blogger blog you can set it up to update the most recent comments via e-mail.
Method
Set up an additonal blog to make use of the e-mail to post function. Your set up your primary blog to e-mail recent comments to your secondary blog. You then use javascript to pick up recent posts to your secondary blog in your primary blog's sidebar.
