Partial disclosure, which a lot of people have figured out anyway: I have issues with the mods at Sages because of how a pup was treated back in the spring. Note: when I say "the mods", I don't know which ones in particular were involved because they share an email address and never divulged who particularly was replying to me. My issues with the mods: I was banned without warning, and without breaking any rules, for a very wangsty thing in Sages that I had no control over. I was taken entirely by surprise by a post that made my pup very very angry, and when I OOC warned the other mun that it was a bad idea, I got in trouble. However, the fact that the mods didn't like this behavior wasn't mentioned for a MONTH. I was never truly given a chance to mount a defense because the mods had clearly already made up their minds. I wasn't the only person treated this way by the mods at this time.

Both Metatron and Ollie told me independently that Daisie was never banned. They asked her to stop posting until they could figure out what had happened. Between the fuss that SHE HERSELF kicked up and Kali, it's not surprising that it may have taken a while, or at least, longer than Pretty Pretty Princess would put up with.

and indeed have several who are mostly for being bitchy-slash-stirring up trouble. However, when ANY character makes a point of starting arguments with mine, that is harrassment.

So when Daisie is bitchy and stirs up trouble, it's just that. But if another character does it, it's HARASSMENT. See how simple the world is when you just understand that? I'm sure she would claim that hers are simply in retaliation. I'm also sure that I would scream "BULLSHIT!" so loudly I throw off the migratory course of birds in South Carolina. This martyrdom complex has got to go. Think of the birds, Daisie.

Needless to say, none of the other mods stepped up to stop this.

See, this is because, to the mods, the exchanges looked like ordinary role-playing. It also looked like that to the other players. It's really only you who sees it as harassment and needs Pretty Pretty Princess treatment.

The mods also got angry at me for things said in my character's private journal.

I think I remember reading something about it. It was basically Daisie bitching a whole ton about how Sages was unfair etc. etc.

Now, I can understand the mods being worried if they see someone is upset, especially if this behavior continues in the community. However, basing the decision to punish me ONLY on things said in private journals is very wrong. The pup in question tried very hard to be polite to everyone, even the people she actively disliked, while in public. Almost no one can avoid arguments entirely, but I never made a point of starting arguments with these people, and have always tried to follow a policy of ignoring and avoiding those with whom I had a quarrel or who I knew didn't like me or my pup for whatever reason.

FOR SUCH A REASON IS NIGH INCOMPREHENSIBLE, MILADY. DOTH IT INDEED EVEN EXIST? Also, for the love of god, cute animals are killed every time you lie so outrageously. The way your character treats other characters can in no way, shape, or form, be construed as "polite," regardless of whether just treatment is justified or not. (And I have never seen an instance where I would agree it is justified.)

I was lied to by the moderators, and have seen the moderators lieing about what happened ever since. The moderators lied about the amount of time that passed between their emailing me and my replying. This is just foolish and stupid because the dates on emails are EASILY checked. The moderators have since stated that no one had ever been banned except one character who posted a picture of a dead cat; I know, obviously, that I was, and I believe at least one other person was banned as well. I could prove this, but alas, the screen shot I took was lost when my computer crashed some time ago.

Ironically, she may be correct about the e-mails, if Kali was the one who handled them. Talk about clash of the titans.

I have never recieved an apology I believe sincere for this behavior.

Daisie is real big on receiving apologies, although in the instances I've seen this actually been done, she has never received them gracefully. IC apologies never work: she simply shuts the players off, kicks their characters out, and refuses to salvage any of the plot that she probably fucked up herself anyway. OOC apologies also do not work: neither the timid apology from Little O's player or Ray's extremely reasonable apology. In fact, her wording implies that yet another scenario like that has already happened.

When I decided to return to Sages, I had only two goals in mind: keep my head down and have fun. I have actively avoided the attention of the moderators in all but the most busy of threads, and have tried to keep all OOC problems with other people off the boards (which, alas, the other people refuse to do in turn). Despite my practically being stalked by several trolls, despite players in Sages building an entire website about what a bad RPer I am (for doing things like believing them and their characters and daring to not always agree with their actions),

SEARING BLAST OF IRONY!! Oh god it buuuurnns! Sugarbutt, please. If we were able to built an entire website about you then you should be able to refute every single piece. Unfortunately you're locked inside your tiny brain and apparently can't manage to utilize perspective.

I have done my best to avoid these people even though they frequently make new accounts with which to harrass my characters.

Talk about ego. Er, we create new characters ... to role-play. I know you don't understand the whole IC and OOC concept but honey, that doesn't mean the rest of us don't.

I have approached each day in Sages since my return fully expecting for this same shit to be pulled again, and when it became clear that I needed to Friends lock this journal I chose to keep the mods out in an attempt to protect myself.

Too bad you're retarded, because ... well, look where this ended up.

Ironically, the moderator who had harrassed my former pup has been extraordinarily kind to Daisie, which really just scares me. It may be paranoid of me, but I can't help but suspect he's up to something.

I would be proud of Daisie for looking at her own actions accurately, but then I realize that of course she doesn't believe it's paranoid, she just says that because people accuse of her it. ... BECAUSE SHE IS PARANOID.

While it might not be the most polite thing to do so, I do sometimes drop characters and plots. I do this for several reasons: because I'm not enjoying myself, because I'm not being treated with respect, or because I suspect the character to be munned by one of the trolls. I understand that this may inconvenience people, but I refuse to be pushed around and told how I MUST have my puppets do certain things.

Augh. Dying... of irony! Blood... scarlet... with heavy metal...!

So. There we are. Some of you already knew this, and probably don't care. And some of you have probably figured out who I used to play (or have at least narrowed the field); if you want to judge me on what you've heard about that character, do me a favor and remove me from your friends-list, because I don't need people like you around.

I know I'm not perfect, and I've screwed up, but this post isn't meant to be a recounting of my own sins and none of them have warranted what happened to me.

None of this is Daisie's fault. We just fell on her like a wave of horrible nasty cruelness. I mean, how DARE Little O and Big O assume that they had control of their own plot! Man, how could Novak REJECT the ceaselessly flowing nectar from Yvaine's distended milkbags?? And Ray, shame on you for asking a question about a hypothetical situation that had nothing to do with Daisie! Jonathan, stop complaining that you're gay, that's nonsense. You're OBVIOUSLY totally in love with Daisie, psh.
