Progeny is a sit back member of AC. In real life though, he is an 18-year old High School Dropout currently attending East Los Angeles College. He is in fact also the cousin of Rancidstp, another dweller of AC who is inferior in comparison to his maker, Progeny. He is in fact made of epic fail and gar and will probably end up living in a McDonalds in Maryland. Progeny hopes to one day obtain a black trenchcoat, a beanie, a inverted crucifix, and eyeliner so he can look like the Man pictured here. Sweet.

Diary of A Madman
This is the biography of Progeny and all of his well known past experiences and phases that he has gone though. Skip if you must.
The Beginning of the End
Progeny was born in the cold desolate hours of the morning on May 30, 1988. From there on he set off to explore this island we call earth. in his toddler years he conquered Tetris on the original game boy in which he received on his 2nd birthday (fact), devoted his leisure time to watching Nickelodeon, and drawing phallic symbolism in class (I’m cereal).
During his main childhood years (1993-1998), he had gone through the most changes. He was deeply into music and was devoted to gaming on his Super NES and Nintendo 64 which he both got the days they came out. He gained about 35 pounds in over a 3 year span due to excessive eating habits (Damn you, Kraft), and had just discovered the wonders of drawing.
Progeny would like to keep his Grade and Middle School years locked away in a endless void after all the stupidity and torture he was put through
Contemptuous
High School was a big downfall for progeny. He and his deadbeat mother had just be kicked out of their apartment and forced to move in with their Grandmother, He watched his mother overdose on Heroin 3 months after that, and to top it off, he had no choice but to attend the academy from pandemonium: James A. Garfield High School. At first Progeny had high hopes, but those hopes soon had their balls ripped off when he met up with some old foes from Grade school along with teachers from hell. with a bad serving of lunch everyday and a pile of trendy human waste growing around him he was sure that he was doomed to a life of misery. In this case he though it was best to conform. And then came the punk years (2003-2005)
Sick Boy
Lonely and fed up with listening to Led Zeppelin and Jane’s Addiction popping out of his speakers, Progeny was searching for a new noise to inspire him to keep going. Around July of 2002 he visited his cousin’s house and heard that they were listening to a monotonous two tone riff on their computer speakers called punk. He immediately fell in love with it seeing that it was as chaotic and ugly as his existence was and felt that it was a path to true friends seeing that a lot people where wearing Black Flag and GBH shirts at his school.
So Progeny saved up his allowance and bought countless amounts of patches and downloaded songs and purchased CD’s looking for a faster and more hateful beat to vent out his anger and even light and thrashy tunes with reason to expand his knowledge for hating politics and religion and eventually hit rock bottom when he discovered a sub genre called Crust and Anarcho Punk and started to listen to bands such as:
And many other bands that sported a strong anti-war, pro-feminism, pro-veganism and anti-corporate message along with black and white imagery of dead bodies, Hiroshima victims and strong leftist propaganda against Religion.
This stage affected Progeny’s mind the most and made him paranoid and made him question the music’s intentions and capability. Eventually he grew to hate it not due to musical abilities, but due to its hypocrisy and judgmental mentality towards people who don’t follow what they preach. He soon realized that these people were not trying to help the world, but trying to preach the world into doing what they were doing to make a supposed better tomorrow. Progeny was upset and was desperate to search for another medium
Arise!
But like a Coen Brothers film, Progeny’s life was about to make an unexpected up rise. Just as he was about to throw in the towel, he unexpectedly made friends with an anime freak (whom will remain anonymous). At first Progeny was skeptical about him thinking he was just another self devoid human, but after talking with him and discovering his thoughts and interests and his talent in the arts, he soon learned that he was not one to fret and quickly became fond of him. After a month his friend reintroduced him to a medium that he previously had not taken seriously before: Comics.
Before Progeny had been deeply interested in comics such as the ones you would find in the newspaper, and was even trying to become a political cartoonist. But eventually this passion had faded away after seeing no improvements in his Family Guy-esqe style and being sick of making George W. Bush jokes. But this all changed after his friend let him a little book called “FLCL” which was the manga adaptation of the popular animated show. The format was weird, everything was flipped in right to left format and the drawings were really hard to understand. The paneling was very cinematic and the characters were bug eyes and skinny. But, for some reason it stuck on to him and he decided to take on drawing again.
At first he was very skeptical of taking on his old passion but he eventually clicked and improved drastically. Progeny had grown closer to his friend, gotten in trouble with him, and even made acquaintances with his friends other collages. He then started to waste his money on countless amounts of manga, anime DVDS and merchandise to please his new found addiction. And yet the story continues…
Winter (Requiem, Chapter Three: Finale)
Yes, Progeny has come along way in his life. From an adolescent wreck, to a troubled punker, to an aspiring comic artist, Progeny has hopes for the future, even if he had to drop out of school for personal reasons. He now hopes to transfer to UCLA on an arts path and become an art teacher as well as expand his creativity and publish some graphic novels. Life shall be a good experience for Progeny. He Guarantees it.
Current Personal "Life"
Currently, Progeny is on hiatus from school waiting for his FAFSA letter to pay for school and get a job. So besides from mooching, laying around the house watching Spiral, wacking it, and drawing: Progeny Currently has no life, which is sad :(
Music
Progeny has a deep love for rock music but mostly strays twoards the extreme and experimental side of it (i.e Grindcore, Death and Black Metal, ect.).
Rock
Progeny has lost all faith in normal rock seeing that every band has fallen in the burning pits of st00f as Break would put it and that people are more fixated on looking cool, being vintage and catchy rather than making good music

Around early 2005 Progeny discovered a more invigoating sound that anarcho punk couldn't touch or even comprehend. Metal has now played a big part in Progenys Ideology and lifestyle

The sub-genre that Progeny has grown to love more and more. Could it be the chaotic drumming? the melodic and/or crooked riffing? the hoarse and grunting vocals? Not even he knows why he likes it. But he consider people who whine about how its "not music", and "idiotic" due to its loud, uncomfortable and agressive nature a buch of Bob Seager fans that have nothing better to do than pretend its the 70's. Besides, Music was invented by pounding sticks on a rock for christsakes.

Progeny has a deep respect for all of the arts (excluding contemperary) and would like to expand his knowlege of it.

Anime and manga by far is the biggest impact Progeny has had on his life. Through anime he grew a deeper appreciation for art and eventually took up drawing again

After his suprise interest in anime, progeny began to seach for other mediums to channel his influence though and found that the covers of some of his favorite albums had some really moving and beautiful artwork and saw how they when with the atmosphere and sound of the music it was representing. This also contributed to his sudden return to drawing.
Influences
An artist is not an artist without inspration. Progeny cites Rikdo Koshi, CLAMP, Hiromu Arakawa, Arina Tanemura, Dave Patchett, Nick Blinko, Derek Riggs, Dan Seagrave and many others as his influences

Progeny dosen't really have an internet life. unless you count staring at the screen for countless hours
