Five hours had passed, and Break was left in the debriefing room of the closest station in the Thanes system. All military personnel of captain rank or higher who had participated in the battle were present in the room, discussing the finer points of the recent battle.
"Commodore Jenkins, requesting permission to speak." Captain Miyama politely asked.
"Request approved. The floor is yours," the commodore replied.
"I would like to point out the recklessness of Commander Sieg Gunnar during the recent assault on Thanes III's force. He fired off -"
"Captain Miyama chose to dive headfirst into the fray without regard to our line of fire." Gunnar interrupted.
Break stood up in protest. "Excuse me for not getting the proper warning before you fired off your Estrel array!" he yelled. "You violated at least three points of the Estrel protocol
