First Question of the Wiki

I noticed on Userpedia they use this link thing where you put [[mw:anything on Mario|anything on Mario]] to link things from Userpedia to the Mario Wiki and I wanted to know how to do that. We wouldn't have to use external links for that if we tried that.YoshiGo99
