The rival organization of the Order of Glass. They want to take over the world, and are generally eeeevil.

Jagara	Wolf's Rain	A mysterious, beautiful, and powerful woman. Seems to be one the leaders of the Order of Iron, and is very good at getting people (especially men) to do what she wants.

Band	bandnerdswimfan	An agent who has been posing as a member of the Order of Glass. Is killed while trying to ambush Jake Thompson.
Goda	Ghost in the Shell: SAC 2nd Gig	Ozzal's advisor and leader of the Echelon, who has been manipulating Ozzal to do Iron's will.
