It has come to my ears that you are seeking to gather young magi about you to form a new covenant somewhere in or near Wales in the near future and have been approaching some recently gauntleted magi about such an endeavor. I am one such, but since my covenant is in Ireland, this event so momentous to me has, perhaps, escaped your notice.

Have I heard aright? Is such a project underway? Are you in fact seeking more magi to swell the ranks of your proposed covenant? If so, I would be most interested in learning more since such a project seems likely to coincide with my own goals.
