Candor University is centered within upper Arcadia, the busy city, offering a lot to its students. It was decided by the Arcadian city government that a college would be founded there with which they could send the best of the best to be educated and others from outside worlds, thanks to the nexus. The university itself is surrounded by a large portion of the city, complete with a high school that offers placement for its students in the university, taking courses that guarantees their foot in the door.
But the administration, at best, has been described as "iffy", leaving their creation to run on its own, up until they find the need to interfere with regular life, tinkering to what they think is best. And, well, that's not always the case...
May 25th, 2007 - Because of the "summer break", things, such as classes, dorms, and faculty will be revamped and collected as soon as August.
