The AdventureQuest clans are a feature of AdventureQuest RPG that allows a player to join an elemental group that sometimes compete with the other clans. Players can enter clans level 5, but must be level 35 to leave a clan. (Note: Clans cannot be left during clan contests or clan wars.) There are 8 clans, one for each element. Recently, the Devourer kidnapped all the clan leaders, leading some clan members to fight each other and some to unite against him.
