good for milk, cheese (some have excellent wool for carding and knitting)

Where there is untillable grass land it is sensible to keep a milch goat or two than a cow
or sheep. The animal is hardy and will largely shift for itself, except in winter when only
the most ordinary shelter and feeding care is necessary. It's milk is highly nutritious and
is specially noted for cheese making.
