Mocha had been a pretty normal girl before the Mew project started up. She attended school like everyone else, had friends like everyone, and had a caring family like most people. Mocha was born in Tokyo, and has lived there her whole life. She has a pretty big family; A father and mother, a younger sister, and two older brothers. When she was younger, she also had a pet dog, but it died in it's later years.
Mocha was infused as a mew in a strange manner. She was gazing up at the Cafe Mew Mew when the ray hit her. Mocha woke up on the other side of the park and didn't remember any of it.

Mocha has a job at the cafe and is starting to get to know a few people. She first met Akiyama Creme, another mew, at Cafe Mew Mew. Mocha was one of the customers. Her next appearence was at the Halloween event where she was dressed as a Cow Girl. Mocha helped Midorikawa Retasu search for Mew Aqua in the event. When the next event came around, Mocha was there too. She was at the Thankgiving event, and once again interacted with Retasu. The two were at the Mew Art booth together. Mocha was a passenger on the cruise as well. She hasn't done much yet in the way of interacting with people, but is starting to make a come back.

Mocha's personality pretty much classifies her as "weird". She is a dream-like person, Al la Luna Lovegood from the Harry Potter novel series. She is caught in her daydreams, and can easily believe things that aren't real. Mocha's speech is different as well. She has an airy and soft voice that adds to her personality.

Mocha's family isn't mentioned much, but they play an important role in her life:
- Hokkaido Yuudai: Her hard working father. We won't mention his age... >3
- Hokkaido Noriko: Mocha's mother. A few years younger then her husband.
- Hokkaido Katashi: One of her older fifteen year old brothers.
- Hokkadio Kenta: The other older fifteen year old brother, who are twins.
- Hokkaido Mio: Her eight year old younger sister. Mio isn't like Mocha. Instead, she the type of person who acts mature and old for her age.

[edit] Basics
When Mocha tranforms, her hair darkens to shiny brown. It also curls. Her outfit is a brown leotard, with a mini skirt in the back, but cut off in the front. Mocha wears brown flats on her feet, and mid- elbow length gloves. She has arms garters and one on her leg as well. And she has her brown transforming pendant on her neck. She also has the deer ears and tail.
[edit] Weapon and Attack
Mocha's weapons is the Mocha Bomb. Her one and only attack is Ribbon Mocha Explosion. It's pretty self explanatory. Her brown bomb floats down into her hand, and she throw it at the enemy. It explodes, or opens up, defeating the enemy with glitter.

- Mocha's last name, Hokkaido, is both a last a name and a major city in Japan
- Mocha was the second character created by Mayonaka Kouu-chan, and first Mew created by her.
- Mocha is one of the only Mew's who real names are their mew names
- When creating Mew Mocha, Mayonaka Kouu-chan was originally going to make a Mew Cocoa.
