Akiyama Chihiro is the sister of Akiyama Creme and the daughter of Akiyama Kazuki and Akiyama Ai. She grew up much like her sister; raised not to believe in fairytales and become a proper young lady. All had been going well as Chihiro grew up like that. She had her sister and her best friend Nagasaki Frosting for support, as well as her other friends at school.
Chihiro obtained her Mew Aqua during a trip to the beach with her sister. She was the only one left playing in the water when Creme had opted to lay on the sand. So Chihiro splashed around for a while. She grew up quite fond of shells and stones, and couldn't help but want the shiny shell that she found in the water at that time. Unfortunatly, the water started to pick it up and take it away. Chihiro waddled out farther until she finally found the shell. The shell had been home to the Mew Aqua which entered Chihiro that day.
It wasn't until a while after did she start to notice that she had tiny wings and could move wind.

Chihiro has been playing a good sized part in Angelique so far. She was first seen at the Cafe, arriving for her sister. After she was sent away, Chihiro was next seen at the Halloween Event. She had been part of the chase for Mew Aqua in that event, but didn't obtain it.
Her next appearence was in the Thankgiving event. She was searching for her older sister, and with the help of Mew Satou, found her. She was part of that Mew Aqua hunt as well, but still didn't get it in time.
She attended the Holiday Cruise as well. Chihiro arrived with her older sister, and has been sticking to her like a magnet.
Chihiro was in the "Watching the Sunset" thread where she obtained her second Mew Aqua, giving her the power of water.
She's still been trying to meet lots of people, but knows that the number of Mew and Angeliques just keep growing.

Chihiro is a cute and bubbly girl who has a soft and sensitive side as well. She part of the unofficial "Cute-Girl-Trio" with Matsuo Razuberri and Nagasaki Frosting. It isn't really a trio much, but more like how they always stick in a group together. Chihiro is happy to be an Angelique because she knows she can help the world. It means a lot to her to care for her planet, so she's trying her hardest to do her job to protect it. Chihiro is also very fierce and persistent when it comes to fights and battles. She wants to help as much as she can, but usually can't do much. She is also easily scared.

Chihiro has two Mew Aqua, giving her the powers wind and water.

In a way, wind represents Chihiro because it just keeps moving, like her. She is very smart and practical with her attacks and stratagies, and can plan things out quickly. Her wind power isn't very powerful since she's so young, and can barely blow a mass backwards.

Chihiro's Wnd Attacks:
- Wind Gust: A basic gust of wind that can blow a person back at the most.
- Wind and Water combo: Preformed with Chihiro and Tasima Kira. They combined their powers to create ice.
- Carrying: Her wind can briefly carry objects, but only very light ones.

Chihiro recently obtained her water power. With the combination of wind and water, she is now able to form ice.

Chihiro's Water Attacks:
- Water Whip: A little whip of water that she can use against her enemies.
- Mini-Wave: Chihiro can form a mini wave of water that washes over people.
- Ice: She can form ice daggers by combining her wind and water powers.

Akiyama Creme: Her loving sister and first best friend. Chihiro looks up to Creme as a role model, and even takes after some of her sister's attributes, such as always wearing pigtails.
Akiyama Kazuki: Her father who brings home all of the money. Chihiro loves her father very much even though he is always busy.
Akiyama Ai: Chihiro loves her mother like any other daughter does. She loves when her mother gives her "knitting" lessons, and reads Chihiro stories. She also has a tendancy to convince her mother to let her "lick the spoon" when the family bakes pastries.

- Matsuo Razuberri: One of the friends that she wouldn't have met if the two weren't part of the Mew project. However, they both get along well.
- Nagasaki Frosting: One of her true best friends. She met Frosting from Tanaka Rai, Frosting's babysitter and Creme's best friend.
- Akiyama Creme: Her older sister and role model.
- Tasima Kira: An Angelique who helped Chihiro in the Halloween event.
- Kuroneko Satou: The sugar girl who helped her locate her older sister.
- Akai Sachiko: Always loves to be around this fellow Angelique.
