Denwa Madoka is a 15 year old Demonique played by Kira (Member).

Madoka is represented by Takeuchi Rio from Spiral: Suiri no Kizuna. She is specifically represented by Manga Rio, who has blue hair. Anime Rio has silver hair.

Madoka and her older sister, Yuuko, were separated a few years ago (they’re not really sure because they’ve not worried about it too much – probably about four and a half years) because their parents got divorced. Yes, this would seem to be a very ordinary scenario. Madoka went with their mother, Yuuko went with their father. (Yes, this is pretty much the same first paragraph as Yuuko's bio. DEAL WITH IT.)
Madoka lived in the same apartment building as she always had - it was on the northern side of Tokyo - since there was no reason to move out of it. While walking through the building to get back to the actual apartment, a couple of the other residents of the floor burst out of their room fighting over something. It appeared to be some kind of shining substance that they had found somewhere. They were arguing over who it belonged to - one had found it, the other had gotten it into the jar that it was in. By accident, the jar fell to the ground and opened, allowing the substance - the tainted mew aqua, although no one there knew that - to come out and go into one of the three who were closest. It ended up going to Madoka. Later that day, she noticed she had a pair of bat-like wings.
She recently joined the Repuren for two reasons. The first was because she and Yuuko had decided to join it so that they could see each other more often without having to coordinate a time and place to meet. The second was because those people on her floor of the apartment building had never really forgiven her for (accidently) taking the tainted mew aqua, and since the Repuren came with free housing... It was a good deal.

Madoka is oddly cheerful for a Demonique. She's always smiling, and it seems as though it was a mistake that the tainted mew aqua chose her and not one of the two people who were fighting. It is possible that the Mew Aqua was tainted enough to be considered tainted, but pure enough to need a pure soul. Who knows?

Madoka claims that she likes Ubuna Yasu. However, it is mostly just an excuse to keep people from bothering her about who she likes.

As a demonique, Madoka has the power of darkness and two other Fallen Angelique powers. Her other two are Fire and Storm.

Madoka is able to combine her darkness and fire powers in order to create bombs of some kind. With difficulty, Madoka is also able to use her Darkness power on its own. However, she's not very good at it.

Madoka can use her fire power with her darkness power to create bombs of some kind. Madoka is able to use her fire power separately. She's most skilled with this power. It's pretty obvious what she does with it.

Madoka can't really use her storm power. She can make slight jolts of electicity to jumpstart an electronic that might have just died on her or something, though.
