NOTE: A staff member can deny use of a power or heritage, even if it's not on this list, for any reason.
Locked Powers
Creation/Manipulation of Matter and Anti-Matter
Immortality
Power over life and death
Power to use other people's powers
Love Powers
Teleportation
Telepathy
Telekinesis
Time Powers
Summons (when we say summons, we mean things like Final Fantasy summons. Things that come in, deal a crapload of damage, and poof away.)
Photographic Reflexes (seeing an action and instantly being able to copy it perfectly)
Gravity Powers (unless judged creative enough)
Speed Powers (unless judged creative enough)
Probability Manipulation (unless judged creative enough)
Elemental Powers* (Read the NOTE)
Fad powers (Fad powers are what ever powers the staff deems to be "cool" to have at the time. Basicly, when we start getting alot of em, we will stop letting people have it.)
Empathy
Spirit communion (talking, bonding, useing spirit summons)
Locked Heritages
All characters of these races must be appoved by the owner, even if they are NPCs
Angel (Ask a staffer about this if you really want it)
Demon/Devil
God
Dragon
Vampire (Ask Darksong about this if you really want it)
Elf (Ask Linis and read the link it links to if you really want it.)
Kitsune (Ask Medivh214 about this if you really want it)
Neko (Ask Mirror Paw if you really want it.)
Avian (Ask Shadow Dragon if you really want one.)
Werewolves (Ask a staff member if you really want it.)
- NOTE ABOUT ELEMENTAL POWERS: They are allowed, however, it can't be control or creation over an element. Here's some examples.
Try to be more creative than me though <__<.
BAD- Fire Power: Person can create and control fire
GOOD- Fire Punch: Person can surrond their fist with fire to punch with.
