Captain, SBE His Majesty's Royal Space Navy. Born 2332 in Essex, England, into an old HMRSN family. He was raised on the Essex RSN base, where both his parents were serving, and bought a commission as an officer when he came of age.
Albert has progressed through the ranks of the Royal Space Navy, and, to be honest, knows very little of the world outside.
