Too close to Sol and too small to be habitable.

Venus

With too volatile an atmosphere, and too cold a temperature, this planet is not habitable.

Jupiter is a gas giant.

Saturn is a ringed gas giant. After the efforts to make the moons of Mars livable with arcology housing proved expensive and ineffective, the major powers instead funnelled their efforts into establishing bases on Titan from which to mine the other moons, and conduct research outside of Terrestrial borders.

• Triton - too cold to be habitable, Triton is mined by the various powers for its mineral wealth.
