Stoss - good work with this page. However, if you look in the wiki rules, you aren't allowed to create new planets or new territories. This is not a problem - Mars needs to be fleshed out quite substantially, and this sort of revolt/massacre dovetails neatly with some ideas the GMs have had for Mars.
