Editing the website program
A-Club organisers can edit the website program at http://aclubbrussels.hostrocket.com/admin/index.php
You can go directly to http://aclubbrussels.hostrocket.com/admin/eventList.php to edit the events for the current month.
You'll need the relevant username and password from an existing organiser (ask David).
Hints
How to add multiple organisers or multi-day events
Click the 'advanced' button from the top-right of the 'edit event' screen.
How to hide an event or mark it as proposed
Click the 'advanced' button from the top-right of the 'edit event' screen.
How to re-order two events which happen on the same date
Events on the same date are ordered depending on which one was created first. So to re-order them, just:
- Click 'copy' on the first one
- Add it as a new event without changing anything
- Now delete the original first one
