Before you organise an event

Check the program to see if there's another event at the same time. It's best to have events on different days or at different times, although with an increasing number of events, this isn't always possible.

During the event

Remember, A-Club regularly has new members. We want to make every event we organise suitable for people who haven't been for.

Try to make sure that everyone feels involved - i.e. try to avoid cliques which don't welcome new people.
