You'll need an existing organiser to tell you the username and password to be able to complete the following steps:
- go to http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Aclubbrussels/
- click 'Invite' (on the left)
- (now you see the Invite screen. You can use this, but this means the user has to take some additional actions to sign up to the list. It's better to do add... so continue as follows: )
- click 'Add members' (at the bottom)
- copy the email address and name in the box
- click Continue, check the email & name
- click Continue, check the message preview
- click Add Members, and it's done.
- (the membership count you see on the front page will now be updated virtually immediately, but it will take a few hours for the new member to appear in the membership list.)
- [nice, but not essential] reply to the original email to welcome the new member to A-Club and tell them you've added them
- move the original request email to the "NewMembersAdded" folder in the email account
