[edit] Soggy the Bunny:
Her real name is "Usagi" which is Japanese for "rabbit", but J&E call her Soggy, and the name sticks. (When they first meet, she ends up sopping wet, somehow.) She comes from the fairy dream world to make J&E into magical girls, thinking that they were 9 & 11 years old. She discovers her mistake too late, she has just appointed a pair of college age gun-fu fanatics to be the princesses of the fairy kingdom, thus dooming Soggy's homeland.
The queen has ruled her kingdom so well that young Soggy has never known any real conflict or crisis in her life. This has left her totally unprepared for what she has to do next...
Soggy is supposed to be J&E's mentor, like Pretty Sammy's Ryo-oki. But J&E are smarter and more mature (?) then her, and she looses her mind at the the idea of them destroying her kingdom. Between stories she vacillates from really bad mentor to outright enemy. At some point, she gains a human form.
Soggy is the opposite Kit, who is supposedly working for the enemy, but really has more in common with J&E, and just wants to have fun.
