Here is the basic outline for our story:
An unnamed, but important seeming bunny discovers that the queen of the dream kingdom (A human) has died of old age. It is her duty to find the new queen from earth.
The bunny does not know who the queen has picked and so digs through her files to find out. She discovers a reference to Jaye and Elle, two little girls in a land called "chicago". She fails to notice that this file is 12 years old...
The bunny creates a dream to introduce herself as "Usagi" to J&E, who appear as children because this is what Soggy is expecting. They agree, and let the bunny into the real world. Here she discovers to her shock that J&E are actually college students, and she is so shocked that she falls into their breakfast serial, thus earning the nickname "Soggy the bunny".
J&E were happy with the magical girl outfits in their dream, but object to the ill-fitting clothes in real life. After a big argument, J&E manage to get enough control over their new magic to create their familiar Blues Brothers outfits, complete with magical firearms! The sight of this is too much for Soggy, and she passes out.

Panel one: (Landscape) [i] Once in the ethereal realm, there was a kingdom of magic and peace. [/i]
Panel two: (Wide shot of smiling old queen, seated at a table and being served by Usagi the bunny.) [i]Here the ruling queen had brought her land to such a state of tranquility, that when at last her time came to it's natural end...[/i]
Panel three: (Queen, still smiling, collapses into her soup as a shocked Usagi looks on in horror.)
Panel four: (Usagi looks around in a panic. There is no one else here to see what has happened.)
Panel five: (Usagi props her up, cleans her off, and ties her to her chair so that she won't fall again.
Panel six: (Usagi nervously cleaning and pretending nothing is wrong while the dead queen still smiles limply) [i]...for weeks, no one even noticed!

Strip #2:
- Panel one: (Close up of Usagi looking shocked and genuinely surprised - She has forgotten the events of the previous strip. (This is weeks later.))
Usagi: The queen is dead!
- Panel Two: (The queen is looking rather skeletal, as Usagi is on the table crying and a group of advisers (Old men with beards? Priests?) have gathered around.)
Advisor: Then it falls to the queen's councilor to travel to Earth and recruit her chosen successor. Are you prepared Usagi?
- Panel Three: Close up of Usagi looking nervous. Usagi: Of.. of course.
- Panel four: A different room later. It is filled with file cabinets, the queen's clothes, and every kind on knickknack imaginable. Everything is a mess.
Usagi: (Frantic) Prepared? How could I be prepared? She's never DIED before!

Strip #3:
- Panel one: Usagi, digging through books and things, finds a picture. It and it's surroundings are quite dusty, and the word "dust" is written somewhere small with an arrow pointing it out.
Usagi: Ooh, what's this?
- Panel two: Close up of the picture in Usagi's hand. It shows Jaye and Elle as children in fancy dress, with various toys. Handwritten on the picture is "Jaye Aoi, age 9 - Elle Aoi, age 11" There is no sign of their "Blues" style outfits.
Usagi: These two will be perfect! (Small type aside.) Thank heavens, the rest will be easy.

Strip #4:
Panel one: Usagi casting a spell. She turns into rabbit form here.
Narrator: The kingdom of magic is connected to Earth through dreams. The way of passage is difficult, with rules that would seem strange and complex to earthly eyes.
Panel two: Usagi traveling through magical swirls.
Narrator: The councilor seeks out the queen's successors by uniting her dream with theirs.
Panel three: J&E as kids appear from the fog. They look around confused, but not alarmed, as the fog settles into a background looking much like somewhere in the kingdom of magic.
Narrator: But in her anxiousness to find them, she takes more control of the dream then she realizes.

Strip #5:
- Panel one: Usagi close up smiling, trying to be matronly.
Usagi: Greetings young ones, I am Usagi, the guardian of the kingdom of dreams, and I am here to guide you to your destiny to be the rulers of our land.
- Panel two: Jaye-chan looks rather freaked out by this and is holding Elle's hand, Elle-chan seems to think it is rather funny.
Elle: Um, Hi.
- Panel Three: 3 shot. An awkward pause.
- Panel four: Same shot as 3, Usagi realises she hasn't actually asked the kids a question for them to answer.
Usagi: ...Do you accept?

- Panel one: Elle: This has GOT to be a dream.
- Panel Two: Usagi: Very good Elle. This is how we can talk to you, and cross over into the waking world.
