Demons of Razgriz is the thirteenth mission of Ace Combat 5: The Unsung War.
Mission description
The Osean Army is staging an operation with the intention of pushing towards the Yuktobanian capitol. The Hrimfaxi, a Scinfaxi class submarine, is laucnhing ballistic missiles at the Oseans from the Razgriz Straits. Another submarine, a transport, is heading towards the Hrimfaxi to re-supply it. Wardog squadron's mission is to destroy the Hrimfaxi while it is surfaced and re-supplying. The squadron cannot go above 1,000 feet, or the will be detected.
Hrimfaxi attack
Even if the player does not exceed 1,000 feet, Wardog is detected anyway. Blaze (the player) must attack the Hrimfaxi and the UAVs launched from it. During the mission, Hrimfaxi repeatedly surfaces and resurfaces in different locations. If the player completed the mission, Wardog squadron earns the nickname, "the Demons of Razgriz."
