It was released in 2006, and takes place in 1995. It details the story of a great war, the Belkan war, that took place in all of the eastern countries. The story begins as a documentary. It is 1995, and Belka is having economic problems. So they let their eastern territory become independent, called Ustio. But when Ustio discovered natural resources, Belka attacked their neighbors.
