Cipher , callsign "Galm 1" is a main character of the game Ace Combat. It has been said that he was from Erusea on the Usean Contient. However , the Ustian Air Force had no knowledge of this. It is unknown whether he was ever in the Erusian Air Force since Erusea never had Military Records of him. He was a young Erusean Mercenary who joined the Ustian Air Force. He was assigned to the Galm Squadron and his wingman was Larry "Solo Wing Pixy" Foulke. After Belka dropped nuclear bombs on the seven cities, Pixy joined "A World With No Boundaries]]. Pixy then shoot down PJ and Cipher was forced to battle Pixy. After he shot down Pixy, it was unknown if he returned to Erusea or like Pixy fought in the Delarus-Erusea War.
