A World with no Boundaries is a terrorist organization from Ace Combat Zero: The Belkan War that used rogue pilots and soldiers from several countries. They attempted to nuke Avalon Dam with a V2, but it was foiled by Galm 1.

- One notable member was Larry "Solo Wing Pixy" Foulke, whom defected from Ustio mercenaries.
