Lifeline is the fifth mission of Ace Combat 4: Shattered Skies. The mission is to attack an Erusean petrochemical complex. Half od the complex is at sea, and the other half is on shore. Some Erusean fighters stand guard. The objective of the mission is to destroy the complex and reduce fuel supplies for the Aegir Fleet, which is taking a heavy toll on ISAF.
After the complex is damaged or destroyed, all aircraft return to base. But they are intercepted by Yellow squadron Su-37s. Mobius 1 is not allowed to engage, orders are to flee the combat area.
