Yellow 13 is the slight antagonist of Ace Combat 4: Shattered Skies. He is similar to Manfred von Richtiohen in his beliefs of honor as a pilot, and does not pride himself on his astonishing kill record, but the fact that he never lost a squadron member. (Until a certain point). He was killed by Mobius 1, his rival.
