Yellow 13 is sonewhat the antagonist of [[Ace Combat 4: Shattered Skies]]. He is similar to Manfred von Richthofen  in his beliefs of honor as a pilot, and does not pride himself on his astonishing kill record, but the fact that he never lost a [[Yellow squadron|squadron]] member (until a certain point) (in the Stonehenge mission when Yellow 4 got shot down and died). He appears to be based of the German fighter pilots of World War II, given his kill record and his appearance. He was killed by [[Mobius 1]], his rival.
