Larry "Solo Wing Pixy" Foulke (born 1968 in [[Belka]]) was an [[Ustio]] mercenary fighter pilot in [[Ace Combat Zero: The Belkan War]].

Foulke flew the number two position in [[Galm team]]. Because his aircraft's wing was once shot off, his [[F-15 Eagle]]'s wing is adorned with red. In addition, he is nicknamed "Solo Wing." He first met [[Cipher]] in April of 1995 during the [[Belkan War]]. He nicknamed Cipher "buddy" and would often radio "yo buddy, you still alive?" to Cipher after a mission.

During the Belkan War, Foulke shot down many enemy aircraft. However, he felt better after the Allies bombed a civillian city. The next mission, Foulke attacked Cipher and then fled friendly airspace and joined [[A World with no Boundaries]]. He was replaced by [[Patrick James]] of [[Crow team]].

After Foulke joined A World with no Boundaries, he was assigned to the [[ADFX-01 Morgan]]. During the attack on [[Avalon Dam]], he had a dogfight with Cipher and Patrick James. James was [[Fate of Patrick James|shot down]], but Cipher shot down Foulke, whom ejected from the aircraft and survived.
