Thirty-Eight children and two councilors at a summer school program encounter the mysterious Kokopelli and agree to be testers for a game he claims to have completed recently. Soon, they are summoned by curious creatures called Zoogs into the cockpit of a giant robot, with Kokopelli piloting. Thus the first round takes place.
The children start having second thoughts about the game, but more Zoogs and teleports them to the cockpit of the robot, which the group later dubs Zearth. On the evening of the same day, a new enemy appears, and Waku is chosen to fight it.
Komo tells the Truth about Zearth to her father as everyone returns home. Kozoe chats with Waku after taking in the Ichigo twins with some convincing of Kodama's father and the blessing of Waku's. Days pass and Kozoe is selected to be the day's pilot for the first enemy mech.

Waku has shut himself in his room more often than not, but now he's needed to defeat an Unversed. Waku better snap out of his Funk, otherwise their world will be destroyed.
Maki Ano decides to doll herself up for a junior beauty pageant (produced by Capcom as a fundraising effort) judged by two of her fellow pilots, Kanji and Yuki, among three others. Speaking of the rule of Three, She encounters three familiar looking girls among the competition.
Kodama fights the third enemy without caring about his surroundings, causing many casualties in the process, until he discovers the meaning of losing someone important to him.
Competing in a Junior Jeopardy Tournament, Haeru tries to win the round of the very competition he himself can't finish as he has been selected to defeat an enemy mech a month after Kodama's fatal flight.
Toji and Ichigo find themselves depressed as the two childhood pen-pals will be separated for good with Shinji's turn as pilot now being his last.
???
The children try to find Kako without success, until Chizu discovers where he is hiding and tries to cheer him up. However, Kako has other plans for her.
The story of Chizu's relationship with her teacher is revealed, before she is selected to replace the incapacitated Kako.
The fourth battle begins, but Chizu is more worried about taking revenge on her teacher than facing her enemy.

The Pitch

To John Vignocchi, I've got an Idea for version 3.0. of Disney Infinity. And it can tie in to the ever popular Kingdom Hearts Franchise as well as grant a longtime wish of many a longtime fans, that is: a wish for a genuine Kingdom Hearts Anime. Now, we don't want to turn the attention away from the games, especially with the HD Catch-Up games, Not to mention that the staff of may need more time for Kingdom Hearts III's Development Cycle. Then allow me to pitch a great idea for a challenge...playset...something or other lifting a Page from the critically-acclaimed Persona franchise's proverbial playbook. Kingdom Hearts Ours, a game where you play through Toy Box Adventures as well as develop strong relationships with 60 friends to power up a 500 meter super-fighting robot. Allow me introduce the characters, none of them shall receive figurines as they are not the characters you use in this Mode, It's your entire collection that plays through the Adventures and provide a helpful stat booster to your sleek little mech, the Mighty Zearth. But that isn't to say the characters within the story mode aren't worth the screentime, In fact, they're the reason for this project to be brought into the Disney Infinity Universe. Which brings me to my biggest point I have to make clear to my audience, as this concept will make you a lot of money. Listen to us, the creators. We know what we're doing, so quit with the meddling that gave us the world of Cars already. I know it was Eisner that made Pixar produce Cars due to his belief that Toy Story 2 didn't count in the original contract, but let's not get into that now. We'll get into why you need to listen to us but that's enough chit-chat for our little prelude, let's get to the Gameplay

The Gameplay

The gameplay of each turn is formulaic, yes. But it's the focus on Characters and the Toy Box Arenas you build that brings a sense of variety and creativity to the game. It starts with the draw phase where the day's pilot is selected. The build phase comes next where you build a toy box arena befitting a specific challenge, brushes and templates are locked as the things produced for each specific mission are generated after you lock in your world.

And speaking of your world, now it's time to mingle in theirs for the mingle phase of the game. Your player character and the day's pilot if it isnt said player character already go around and mingle with the characters. Mingle Phase is special because it plays out like a visual novel where the decisions you make can change the game's situation for better and for worse. Each scene is handcrafted by a group of talented visual novel writers alongside co-head writers Tetsuya Nomura and Mahiro Kitoh.

Now it's time to get into the nitty-gritty with the adventure phase, you go through one of the Toy Box Adventures constructed around your Toy Box or the Toy Box you Loaded up for this game and collect temporary stat boosters for your mech: the Mighty Zearth! Like with the Mingle Phase, the Battle Phase takes up a different play style format, in this case a turn-based RPG, to portray how you and your other friends fend off whatever monstrosity is sent your way. Whether Heartless, Nobody, Unversed or even another Dimension Mecha like your own. That last class of monsters requires you to Armorize into an even stronger form, but it can only be used 13 times over the course of the 300 days, with the other seven being in Kingdom Hearts III. But there's a catch to this cool little trick, one that shall be in the story.

The Story

The story was conceived when an interview popped a question: 'Will Walt Disney be playable in the Future?' Thus, I came up with a special story over the course of a year dating as long ago as last summer. It has a novel explaining a specific adventure leading up to it featuring the other character who shall come bundled with the Kingdom Hearts Ours Piece, the Princess of the Toy Box: Sekai Montague. The story of this game is rather complex because it leads in to Kingdom Hearts III and yet it also leads into Birth by Sleep. How so, They are tethered to the realm of the characters through Dream Selves which stem from a consecutive number of days before a specific date during their respective games. For Sora, Naminé, Roxas and Xion, they take place during the dreams before Xion's Death, For Isa, Ven, Aqua, Terra, Eraqus and Xehanort, it's before the Trio of Playable characters approached their fate in the Keyblade Graveyard. But these kids and Lea, Riku and Kairi are one year away from the destination at the end of Kingdom Hearts III. This game will tell the tale of the first 300 days leading to the 65 days in Kingdom Hearts III. They fend off colossal Heartless, Unversed and eventually: Nobody and Dream Eater Monsters. And as the year progresses, our rather large cast of characters grow closer bonds as the midichlorians in their bodies increase in number, thus tying this toy-box...playset...challenge...thing into the Star Wars theme you'll probably be indulging in for version 3.0. But there are twenty occasions in which a mecha worthy of fending off the Mighty Zearth, and in the case of each of these occasions, they are required to Armorize Zearth into one of three more powerful forms. But there unfortunately is a consequence to the process in that it requires every last drop of Midichlorians from the twenty pilots. High-Class Jedi Qui-Gon Jinn explain these globs of bacteria a lot better than I can.

<Midichlorian exposition>

In short, Once you're done piloting your armorized Mecha, you die. As such, any of the thirteen out of the twenty mechs that are fightable in the game require a specific sacrifice to the system. Every decision and every choice made counts and one wrong move could seal the fate of the characters you hold dear, but there is only one gold ending and the death of one of one of the center stage characters is a surefire way to miss out on the ending that leads into Kingdom Hearts III.

Each story arc deals with the next pilot set to fight on Earth’s behalf. Each child has a story to tell, a conflict of some sort to work out before they fight. One wants to prove himself to his workaholic father. Another deals with bullying because of her mother’s reputation. Another grapples with his disappeared dad while supporting his three younger siblings. And so on and so forth. At first, getting to know all the kids all at once is overwhelming, but as each one is explored and developed, they become unique and well fleshed out. Each arc then becomes a “coming of age” story for each of the kids, culminating in the moment where they reach their ultimate destiny as they reflect on their lives and the world they fight for. In the meantime, the group of children draw unwanted attention to themselves from the government and military and they must deal with the implications of their actions.

The Characters

Now we get to the characters of our story. You've got Sora, Riku and Kairi, yes. but you've also got Namine, Roxas, Lea, Isa, Xion, Ven, Terra, Aqua, Eraqus and Xehanort making up 25% of the cast of Initial Pilots. There are 45 more to talk about, some drawn by my own hand and others came bundled with Zearth. You see, I didn't come up with Zearth, But it was a guy named Mahiro Kitoh in Japan who created this little-known manga and it's much less little-known anime known as Bokurano about 15 middle-school-age children piloting a Giant Robot each with their own compelling story and their own flaws, they don't exactly start off as rather big pals, rather, most of them are just getting to know each other...but as the journey progresses and the fifteen enemies are defeated one by one, their bonds become tighter than they ever expected as they learn to accept a responsibility they took upon themselves solely because they happened to be bored on a beach one day. Allow me to introduce you to five of them. Takashi Waku is rather hot-headed and isn't too wise when the journey begins but as the days turn into weeks and into the 10 months portrayed in the game leading up to the two further months leading up to Kingdom Hearts III, He grows to become a pretty understanding young lad as he grows more in tune with the world around him. He's obviously not alone in this long war, for example: there's Jun Ushiro, a stotic young man who's calm, collected, unlike the highly energetic Takashi. He's kind of a Jerk, even moreso towards his sister, Kana. The Jerkass level is legitimately higher with Masaru Kodaka "Kodama" who believes himself as a born survivor like his father, A real estate contractor named Shoutaro, and finds himself amazed as to how Takashi survived piloting Zearth on the first day. Yoko Machi is by far one of the most plain females in her age group you can find, but there are secrets that she's hiding concerning her origin and the history of the Mighty Zearth. Kanji's a pretty regular guy himself, but he knows when to be frank about close friend Jun's treatment of Kana on those ever plentiful occasions where he goes a little too far, i.e. physical abuse.

There are plenty of other characters each with their own set of problems, Takashi having to come to terms with his workaholic father, Daichi struggling to keep his younger siblings happy while their father's away, Kirie coping with suicidal tendencies, and so on and so forth. Each Arc in the original series features the pilot dealing with these situations before they go and face off against the latest mechanical monstrosity reflecting on their life and what they accomplished before they sacrifice themselves to defeat the enemy mech.

With the nature of this show and how intense the risk is and of course some of the backstories having pretty heavy stuff like, y'know, rape. The only option you have for broadcasting this tough puppy would be a brand spankin' new channel... or at least a new Block

The Series

The perpose of this series is to illustrate the golden ending of the game in which the player character has achieved every right choice and preserving the correct characters while playing the other characters to thy rest, it all leads into Kingdom Hearts III. As you know, Bonnie from Toy Story 3 is the player character's cousin-in-law, but with the immersion of the game no longer present, it can't be decided if it's a boy or a girl so meet the Twins Yuki and Yumi Ichigo, Yuki's kind of like Yu Namoto from Persona 4 in which he's rather static and not one to move too quickly, Yumi on the other hand is more rapid fire and in your face with her movements. She's pretty much like the Livewires Character "Social Butterfly" in which she's a hyper little spidermonkey on fast forward... at her happiest. But when she's depressed, she's really broken down to the point where she locks herself in her room.

In terms of being an advertisement for Infinity goes, we have Anakin Skywalker, Jack Sparrow, Jack Skellington, Elsa and Anna, Wreck-It Ralph and Mater... Because Cars! And they are Mentored by Walt Disney like in the game.
