Ülkemizde meydana gelebilecek her türlü doğal afet durumunda müdahale edebilecek, arama ve kurtarma faaliyetleri gerçekleştirebilecek profesyonel ekiplere ihtiyaç vardır. Bu ihtiyaçtan yola çıkılarak bir Sivil Toplum Kuruluşu olarak kurulan NAK Arama Kurtarma Derneği büyük bir boşluğu doldurmaktadır. Tamamen gönüllülük esasıyla hareket eden dernek, bünyesinde Afet ve Acil Durumlar için birçok birim barındırmakta ve her geçen gün biraz daha büyüyerek ulusal bir dernekten uluslararası bir platforma dönüşmenin heyecanını yaşamaktadır.

Bu noktadan hareketle dernek bünyesinde birçok eğitim verilmektedir. Bu eğitimlerin başında bir deprem bölgesi olan Türkiye’de "Temel Afet Bilinci ve Depremle Yaşam" gelmektedir. Bununla birlikte "Yangınlara Müdahale" eğitimi de yine profesyonel ekipler tarafından gönüllülere verilmektedir.

Dernek bünyesinde verilen Kentsel Kurtarma, Trafik Kazası Acil Müdahale, Yangın ve Hayat Kurtarma, Kayıp Arama, Boğulma eğitimleri ilkokullardan ortaokullara, liselerden üniversitelere kadar her türlü eğitim kurumunda ücretsiz olarak Sorumlu Toplum Bilinciyle verilmektedir. Afetlere Karşı Bilinçli ve Tedbirli Bir Toplum düsturundan hareket eden tüm bu eğitimler ancak bu konularda eğitimli ve donanımlı ekipler tarafından yürütülebilecek faaliyetlerdir. Bu bilinçle hareket edilerek her bir eğitim dalında çeşitli sayılarda gönüllüden oluşan alt birimler oluşturularak en hızlı ve doğru biçimde olay yerine intikal ve acil müdahale yapılması hedeflenmiştir.

In many offices across the country, there are transaction coordinators on staff who are shared among the office. While this approach seems practical or beneficial on the surface because the coordinator is in house and can be accessed by stopping by her/his desk. It's not always the best or most effective approach when explored further. There are many reasons for that, a few are outlined here:

a. The transaction coordinator is paid by the office and has a job, which is not always exclusively coordinating transactions. Meaning, they could get pulled away from their job to help the other departments such as receptionist, listing coordinating or what have you. This means they aren't working on your transactions.

b. Interruptions! The facts are clear, it can take more than 20 minutes to get back on task after an interruption. That said, imagine how inefficient it can be if agents are walking in and out of the transactioncoordinators office all day long.
