Konstantin Pobedonostsev is known by every Loslakian as the founder of the Communist state of Loslakia. He skillfully implemented a Communist regime that would rule Loslakia for 110 years, only to be lost by an extremely close elction. Konstantin Pobedonostsev was a middle/upper class socialist who seeked a say for every citizen of Loslakian in the Duma that had been silenced by the Tsar and had no legislative power. Pobedonostsev was a well appreciated and Liked statesman who achieved his dream of a socialist revoltion in 1890.

As Leader of the Proliterait (Later Communist Party LCP) he is one of the most radical and influencial politicians Loslakia has every seen. He took power on the 1st May 1890 and lost it 15 years later when he died at the age of 78 on the 1st May 1905. In his honour the 1st May became a national holiday 'International Labour Day' and has inspired several leaders that have succeeded him.
